Li shuchun, he had been the director of pediatrics in affiliated hospital in Jiamusi medical college ﹑the director of the research institution of pediatric nervous and psychiatric disease﹑the director of cerebral palsy therapy center. Now he is the reputation dean and professor in the Rehabilitation Medical College of Jiamusi University, the reputation director of Cerebral Palsy Committee in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, the visiting professor and visiting research worker Hokkaido Sapporo Medical College in Japan, the member of pedo-nerves institute in the United States and Asia and Africa region, the member of Modern Rehabilitation﹑China Rehabilitation and four other journals, the visiting professor of the international cooperation center of cerebral palsy rehabilitation in China Rehabilitation Research Center ,the initiator of the first cerebral palsy therapy center and academic group of the pediatric cerebral palsy in China. He has been worked in pediatric education﹑therapy and research in Jiamusi Medical College since 1949.He is specialist in the research of cerebral palsy and neurology, and is well-known in China. He often communicates with experts in the world and accumulates lots of practical experience and theory, so he has a good reputation in China and other countries. He has written 6 works and published more than 80 articles about cerebral palsy and tutored 23 postgraduates. He is called “the father of treatment cerebral palsy in China” by foreign friends

Li Xiaojie, chief physician, professor, major tutor for postgraduate, the VIP of university’s important subject in Heilongjiang province, one of the main initiators of the first cerebral palsy therapy center in China, the director of China Disabled Persons’ Federation, the main member of the pediatric cerebral palsy committee in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, the main member of child rehabilitation committee in China Rehabilitation Institute, the dean of Heilongjiang rehabilitation institute. She graduated from Jiamusu Medical College with a Master’s degree in 1986, and from London university with a Master’s degree in 1992, and became the visiting researcher of Hokkaido Sapporo Medical College in Japan in 1994. She devotes herself to developing our rehabilitation project, and make prominent achievement in the prevention and therapy﹑rehabilitation and research for cerebral palsy. With her help ,professor Li Shucun established our first cerebral palsy prevention and therapy center in Jiamusi Medical College. She also established our first rehabilitation medical college, which has the major of nurture and therapy with four years’ study. With long periods of research and work, she has many experience in the prevention and therapy﹑rehabilitation and research for cerebral palsy. Now she is the famous expert in cerebral palsy and community rehabilitation.
As a main tutor for postgraduate, she has nurtured over 30 postgraduates, who are the main force of the prevention and therapy﹑rehabilitation and research for national cerebral palsy. She has written more than 60 articles, 3 works, and obtained over 20 science and research awards, presided and joined international and national academic meeting.

Chen Xiujie, chief physician, professor, vice- chairman of committee of child rehabilitation committee in China Rehabilitation Medical Institute, vice- chairman of the board and Secretary-general in cerebral palsy committee of China Disabled Persons’ Rehabilitation Federation. Now she is the master graduate student tutor in the Rehabilitation Medical College of Jiamusi University.
She graduated from Jiamusi medical college with a bachelor’s degree, and has being worked in the front line of therapy, education, and research. In 1987, she was also one of the main initiators of the Heilongjiang Cerebral Palsy Prevention and Therapy Center, and has done lots of work for our child rehabilitation. She has been the vice-dean of the center, contributes for the hospital’s development. For many years, she has diagnosed and treated over 2000 cases with pediatric nervous system disease, so accumulated lots of clinical experience. The work Neurodevelopment Therapy for Cerebral Palsy sells well nation-wide.
She has been to Osaka ﹑Sapporo ﹑Kitakyushu ﹑Tottori Countyof Japan to study and became the visiting researcher of Hokkaido Sapporo Medical College in Japan, during the period, she joined the “Vojta Method Training”which was taught by Professor Vojta himself.
She began to join organizing national cerebral palsy academic research meeting held every two years in 1988, and taught in national rehabilitation skills training for cerebral palsy.
She has written over 30 articles, obtained 9 awards, completed 2 works.

Li Mingyuan, chief physician, professor, assumed the office of vice dean and vice master in charge of clinical care in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University (Rehabilitation Medical College of Jiamusi University and the Cerebral Palsy Prevention and Therapy Center of Heilongjiang Province).
He graduated from Harbin Medical College with a Master’s degree in 1968.He has always been engaged in the work of clinical care, teaching and scientific research. He has made prominent achievement at nervous system disease of child and cerebral palsy.
He participated in the establishment of our first cerebral palsy therapy center in China in 1980s , he is one of the initiator of the first cerebral palsy prevention and therapy center. As a advanced visiting learner, he has been to Japan for three times .In 1978, he went to Osaka , In 1996 he went to Kyushu; and in 2000 he went to Hokkaido. Several research subjects win scientific research fruit prize, several thesis on traditional Chinese medicine Anti-Epilepsy tablet in epilepsy treatment were communicated in The Fifth Pediatrics Communion Convention, and several papers were published in the journal of China Rehabil and Clinic Rehabilitation. Now he is the member of standing committee of Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Institute in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, the member of standing committee of Child Rehabilitation Committee in China Rehabilitation Institute, editor of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine Journal.

Jiang Zhimei: chief physician, professor, tutor for postgraduate, the member of standing committee and the secretary-general of Child Rehabilitation Committee in China Rehabilitation Institute, the member of standing committee and the vice secretary-general of the Cerebral Palsy Committee in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, the vice director and secretary-general of Child Rehabilitation Committee in Heilongjiang province, director of prepotency association. She graduated from Harbin Medical College with a Bachelor’s degree in 1989, got her pediatrics master's degree in Jiamusi medicine college in1992.She got visiting researcher certificate from the Limbs Comfortless Child Synthesis Therapy Center of Hokkaido Sapporo Medical College in Japan in 1999. She was invited to Russia Saha Rep. to interview and give lectures in 2002.,She went to Ni jmegen University in Holland for a further study for 3 months in 2002. Now she is the vice dean of the Rehabilitation Medical College of Jiamusi University.
She has always been working in the front line of clinical care, teaching and scientific research. Applying the advanced child rehabilitation technology learned from Japan and Holland, she develops the diagnosis, therapy and rehabilitation on childhood autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, difficulty of learning, mental retardation，which has filled up the blank of Jiamusi district. She also has sturdy rationale and quite redundant practice experience .Recently , she took charge of international and national academic meeting .

Zhang Lihua: chief physician, professor, tutor for postgraduate. She is one of the initiator of the first cerebral palsy prevention and therapy center. Now she is the member of Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Institute in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, the member of Child Rehabilitation Committee in China Rehabilitation Institute, the editor of Journal of Newborn Infant.. She graduated from Jiamusi Medical College with a Master’s degree in 1982, In 1999,She went to Hokkaido Sapporo Medical College in Japan and got the visiting researcher certificate; In 2001,she went to Japan again for a further study in Kyushu Synthesis Therapy Center. Now she is the master of nervous system disease of child division in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi university (Rehabilitation Medical College of Jiamusi University and the Cerebral Palsy Prevention and Therapy Center of Heilongjiang Province).
She has always been working in the front line of clinical care, teaching and scientific research, especially good at nervous system disease of child and cerebral palsy research. She also has sturdy rationale and quite redundant clinic experiences.
She has published more than 30 academic papers and has written 3 books on nervous system disease of child and cerebral palsy. She has helped the major tutor cultivating more than 10 postgraduates.
