Professor Li’s main research direction is pathogenesis and early prevention and cure research of child brain injury .It mainly solves the early prevention, early diagnosis and early rehabilitation of all kinds of child brain injury, includes child cerebral palsy .It can reduce and light disabilities that induced by every kinds of brain injury. So these children would be able to study , care themselves and come back to society. This research has great social effects and economic returns on prenatal and postnatal care, decreasing disability, as well as improving the population quality and quality of life.

Jiang Zhimei, female, 38, graduated from Heilongjiang Medical College in 1989, got her pediatrics master's degree in Jiamusi medical college in1992., chief physician, professor, tutor for master postgraduate, the standing committee member and the secretary-general of child rehabilitation committee in China Rehabilitation Institute, the standing committee member and the vice secretary-general of the pediatric cerebral palsy committee in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, the vice director and secretary-general of Child Rehabilitation Committee in Heilongjiang province, director of prepotency association. She got visiting researcher certificate from the Limbs Comfortless Child Synthesis Therapy Center of Sapporo Medical University of Japan in 1999, She was invited to Russia Sarha Rep. for interviewing and giving lectures in 2002.,She went to Ni jmegen University in Holland for a further study for 3 months in 2002. Now she is the vice dean of the Rehabilitation Medical College of Jiamusi University.
She has always been working in the front line of clinical care, teaching and scientific research. Applying the advanced child rehabilitation technology learned from Japan and Holland, she develops the diagnosis, therapy and rehabilitation on childhood autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, difficulty of learning, mental retardation，which has filled up the blank of Jiamusi district. She also has sturdy rationale and quite redundant practice experience. Recently, she took charge of one of university and college diaphysis teacher creative faculty program in Heilongjiang province. The rehabilitation and physical medicine discipline of the Jiamusi University is the continuity and development of the original provincial key discipline -pediatrics of Jiamusi medical college. Its main research is child's disease of nervous system that (mainly on prevention and cure the disease of child's cerebral palsy), mainly research on pedo-nervous system disease especially on child's cerebral palsy. In 1983 started to recruit the master's degree graduate student; In 1986 attained the the right to award master's degree; In 1987 founded the Prevention and Treatment Center of Child Cerebral palsy in Heilongjiang Province (pedo-nerve disease research institute); In 1988, became provincial key discipline and unit of introducing foreign intelligence and project; In 1992 became the unit of the director committee member of the pediatric cerebral palsy committee in China Disabled Persons' Rehabilitation Federation, was determined as Heilongjiang Province and the Japanese Hokkaido provincial road culture technological exchange cooperation project unit; In 1994,determined by the medical department medicine politics bureau as the national rehabilitative medicine training base; In 1999, founded the first rehabilitation medical college in our country, since then established subject specializing in rehabilitation therapeutics and nursing undergraduate course successively in 1999; In 2000 started to start the Japanese and Chinese friendly scholarship.
